Bauhu is leveraging its extensive global experience in designing and delivering high-quality, hurricane-resistant modular homes to introduce the Falcon Range—a new collection of buildings specifically created to meet the urgent needs of governments, NGOs, and housing providers. These buildings are designed for rapid deployment, climate resilience, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Built off-site using advanced 3D modelling software and Bauhu’s proprietary hybrid steel frame construction system (patent pending), Falcon homes are engineered for exceptional strength and resistance to hurricane-force winds and seismic activity. All components are sustainable, recyclable, and Class A fire-resistant, ensuring both environmental responsibility and long-term durability.
The EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) building envelope provides high impact resistance, while advanced glazing systems feature insulated, solar-control, laminated security glass—offering both energy efficiency and enhanced protection.
Each home includes durable, attractive interior finishes, with kitchens and bathrooms fully fitted—complete with cabinetry, faucets, and sanitary ware—as part of the standard building package.
Falcon units are available in two- and three-bedroom single-storey standalone homes, as well as multi-family configurations consisting of two or four individual dwellings.
Bauhu’s experienced architectural and structural engineering teams have optimized the Falcon system for the affordable housing sector by proactively addressing common on-site assembly challenges. This results in dramatically reduced assembly times, enhanced build efficiency, and improved cost control. Thanks to advanced 3D modelling, full traceability and cost certainty are built into every project from design to delivery.
